By installing and using Popup, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

Popup is a Chrome browser extension that allows you to:

• Save LinkedIn posts to your local browser storage
• Organize posts with custom tags and notes
• Search and filter your saved posts
• Export your data to CSV format
• Download images from saved posts

3. License and Usage

3.1 Free Tier

Free users may save up to 100 LinkedIn posts. This limitation is enforced locally in your browser.

3.2 Pro Tier

Pro users receive:

• Unlimited post saves
• All current and future features
• Priority customer support
• Lifetime access (one-time payment)

3.3 License Key

Pro licenses are delivered as license keys. Each key is:

• Unique to your purchase
• Valid for lifetime access
• Non-transferable
• For personal use only

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Popup in compliance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• Not use Popup for automated scraping or bulk data collection
• Not share your Pro license key with others
• Not reverse engineer or modify the extension
• Use saved content in accordance with intellectual property laws

5. Intellectual Property

The Popup extension, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. The content you save (LinkedIn posts) remains the property of the original authors.

6. Payment and Refunds

6.1 Payment

Pro licenses are purchased through Stripe with a one-time payment of $9 USD (or equivalent in your currency).

6.2 Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if:

• The extension doesn't work as described
• You experience technical issues we cannot resolve
• You're unsatisfied with the product

To request a refund, contact us at support@trypopup.com with your license key or payment confirmation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Popup is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Saved data will never be lost (keep backups!)
• The extension will be compatible with all future versions of Chrome or LinkedIn

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data due to browser issues, uninstallation, or user error
• Changes to LinkedIn that affect extension functionality
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro license ($9).

9. LinkedIn Relationship

Popup is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

10. Data Export and Portability

You can export all your saved posts to CSV format at any time. This ensures your data is portable and not locked into our extension.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue the extension at any time
• Revoke Pro licenses for terms violations
• Update or modify features

You may stop using Popup at any time by uninstalling the extension.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Popup after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or small claims court.
